Cimicifuga s. 'Hillside Black Beauty' (Black Bugbane)

Description
A large, elegant plant with dark, almost black, fern-like foliage. Set with tall spires of white bottle-brush blooms in early fall. Fragrant. An outstanding perennial for a partially shaded situation, in moist, humus soil.

Plant Use: Perennial
Exposure: shade to part shade zone 6 and warmer, full sun north with sufficient moisture.
